These air fryer corn ribs are quick, crispy, and packed with flavor. A fun, easy side dish that’s as impressive as it is simple.

4 fresh corn cobs

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp salt

Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

1. Trim and quarter the corn cobs lengthwise.

2. Place quarters in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.

3. Add spices and toss until evenly coated.

4. Arrange in a single layer in air fryer basket.

5. Air fry at 390°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.

6. Remove when ribs are curled and golden.

Notes

Microwave the corn for 2 minutes before cutting to soften.
