Crispy, golden, and packed with flavor, this corn ribs recipe air fryer version is fast, fun, and full of personality—perfect for parties or quick snacks.

4 ears of fresh corn

2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt to taste

1/4 cup crumbled cotija cheese (optional)

1 lime, cut into wedges

Fresh chopped cilantro (optional)

Instructions

1. Cut off the ends of the corn so it stands flat.

2. Slice each corn cob vertically into quarters to form ribs.

3. In a bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt.

4. Brush the mixture onto all sides of the corn ribs.

5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

6. Arrange the corn ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

7. Cook for 5–6 minutes, flip, then air fry another 5–6 minutes until golden.

8. Let rest 1–2 minutes; garnish with cotija, lime, and cilantro if desired.

Notes

For a spicier version, add chili powder or cayenne.

Don’t overcrowd the air fryer—cook in batches for the best results.
